Priority Compass

The Balance & Performance System™ consists of several different sets. Which ones you need depends on what you want to achieve.

A set can stand alone but is amplified in combination with others. If you're unsure, you can see our suggestions for combinations depending on your current needs.

The Priority Compass is included in all combinations, because it connects reflection and action. So instead of seeing Priority as an “intermediate product”, it should be seen as the system's nerve — what keeps the other two tools in balance.

The Priority Compass is designed for flexible use – week by week for approximately three months, or as needed.
The booklet contains 30 pages (15 double-sided pages) in A5 size with holes that fit a standard 6-ring binder mechanism and serves as your dynamic prioritization tool.

Feel free to combine with lined note pages and dividers for better focus and balance. If you want to create a connection between direction and action, a combination with The Performance Board is recommended – for a complete flow between planning and execution.
