Terms of service
Order
When shopping at www.alvinecph.dk, the desired item is ordered via the website. The order is processed once you have completed the order and payment through the website.
The item(s) will be securely packed in a shipping box and sent to your business address or selected parcel shop.
Delivery
The item will be shipped no later than 1–3 business days after the order has been received. All orders where the item is in stock are expected to be delivered within 4 business days. If an item is out of stock, this will be clearly stated on the website. If only one item remains in stock and two customers purchase simultaneously, the customer will receive a direct e-mail informing them that the item is no longer available. Information regarding the expected restock date will also be displayed on the website and communicated directly to the customer. The service is performed automatically. The customer will receive an e-mail if the item is sold out, in accordance with the agreement.
Shipping
The ordered item will be shipped in secure and protective packaging. The following delivery methods are available:
– GLS delivery to the nearest parcel shop. The delivery cost is 39 DKK. Orders above 499 DKK qualify for free delivery to parcel shops. Please note that during and immediately after Black Friday, we cannot guarantee that GLS will be able to deliver the package to your selected parcel shop due to limited capacity. GLS reserves the right to redirect the package to the nearest parcel shop with available space.
– Delivery to your home address or workplace with GLS for 49 DKK, regardless of order size.
Payment
The card used for the purchase will be charged once the product is shipped to the customer. You may choose to pay with Dankort, Visa, MasterCard, or via mobile payment with MobilePay. We do not charge any card fees.
Reservation of Funds
If you pay with an international payment card, the amount will be reserved immediately. The funds will remain reserved on your card or account until:
- We charge the amount when the item is shipped, or
- the funds are released according to the agreement with your card issuer.
We accept MasterCard and Visa as international cards. Payments made with these cards may be reserved for up to 14 days. If you pay with a debit card, the amount may be reserved for up to 28 days.

Campaigns, Offers, and Discounts
Limited-Time Offers
All campaigns, price reductions, and offers on www.alvinecph.dk are time-limited and apply exclusively to orders placed within the specified campaign period and under the terms stated for the individual offer.
No Retroactive Adjustments
To ensure equal conditions for all customers and maintain a consistent and fair approach — both for those who shop early and for those who take advantage of active offers — we do not provide retroactive price adjustments.
Therefore, we do not offer subsequent discounts, refunds, compensation, or addition of campaign benefits to previous orders, even if an offer becomes active after the purchase has been completed.
Cancellation Before Shipment
If you wish to cancel an order before it has been shipped, please send an e-mail to support@alvinecph.dk. The order will then be cancelled, and you will receive confirmation by e-mail.
If you regret your purchase after receiving it, you can easily use our return portal to create your return request.
Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when shopping with us.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive your item. If you have ordered multiple items in one order and they are delivered separately, the period runs from the day you receive the last item.
If the agreement concerns regular delivery of goods over a specified period, the withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive the first item.
This means that you have 14 days from receipt to notify us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You can send an e-mail to support@alvinecph.dk or use the standard withdrawal form found at the bottom of our terms and conditions. You cannot return products that have already been used.
You cannot cancel your purchase simply by refusing delivery without also notifying us.
Unclaimed Packages
If you do not collect your package from the pickup point and it is returned to us, we will contact you to ask whether you wish to cancel your purchase. You are responsible for any costs associated with the package being returned to us, as well as any costs related to reshipping the item.
If you refuse delivery of a package, you are responsible for the costs associated with the package being returned to us.
Cancellation of Part of a Purchase
If you have purchased multiple items from us, you may return one or more items, even if they were purchased in the same order. If the original order qualified for free shipping (on orders above 499 DKK) and you make a partial return causing the total amount to fall below the free shipping threshold, we will deduct the original shipping costs from your refund.
Please note that shipping costs are not refunded if you cancel only part of your purchase.
Returns
Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to return the item to us.
PLEASE NOTE that we only accept packages sent directly to our address. Returns sent to parcel shops will not be accepted.
You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs, and you are liable if damage occurs during transport.
You may use our return portal to purchase your shipping label. This allows us to receive notification as soon as the shipment has been created.
Condition of the Item Upon Return
If the item has lost value because it has been used in a way beyond what was necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functionality, you may only receive a partial refund. This also applies if the item is returned in a damaged condition due to irresponsible packaging during return shipping. The amount refunded depends on the commercial value of the item, and in some cases this may mean that only the shipping costs are refunded.
We always recommend returning the item in its original packaging and packed as it was when you received it.
If the original packaging is missing, this may result in a reduction in the item’s value.
Refund of the Purchase Amount
If you cancel your purchase, you will receive your money back. If the item has depreciated in value, we will deduct the amount for which you are liable.
We refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs if you have chosen a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery option we offer), no later than 14 days from the day we receive your notice of cancellation.
We will refund the payment using the same payment method you used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned item, unless you provide documentation proving that the item has been returned.

Complaints / Warranty Claims
The customer has a 2-year right to make a complaint under the Danish Sale of Goods Act. In the event of defects or faults in the product, you must notify ALVINÉ Copenhagen in writing or verbally within a reasonable time after discovering the issue. If you submit your complaint within two months after discovering the defect, the complaint will always be considered timely. ALVINÉ Copenhagen will then provide instructions on how to proceed. The rules regarding complaints are governed by the Danish Sale of Goods Act.
If your complaint is justified, you may be entitled to have the item repaired, exchanged, or receive a price reduction, depending on the specific situation. A full refund will only be issued if the item cannot be repaired.
If the complaint is justified, we will reimburse your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be returned in proper packaging. Please remember to obtain a receipt for shipment so that we can reimburse your shipping expenses.
Unjustified Complaints
If the damage is caused by you, or if the issue is not covered by the Danish Sale of Goods Act, you are responsible for any costs associated with sending the item to us, as well as the cost of having the item returned to you.

If you are purchasing as a business customer, we reserve the right to remedy defects, for example through repairs, rather than offering an exchange.
Personal Data
ALVINÉ Copenhagen processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation. Information that can be linked to you personally will never be made available to other companies or connected to external registers.
Card Information
When shopping with ALVINÉ Copenhagen, your payment information is processed by NETS, which is a secure electronic payment solution for Visa, MasterCard, and MobilePay. All payment card information is handled in accordance with the rules of the card organizations.
Complaints Procedure
If you wish to file a complaint regarding your purchase, please contact us at support@alvinecph.dk. If we are unable to find a solution, you may submit a complaint to Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, Denmark, via the Complaint Portal for Nævnenes Hus.
To file a complaint, the product or service in question must have cost at least 1,110 DKK and no more than 100,000 DKK. For complaints regarding clothing and shoes, the minimum amount is 720 DKK. A processing fee applies when filing a complaint.
