FLASH SALE FAQ
A Flash Sale is an ultra-short period during which we can offer our styles at an extra attractive price.
If you order before December 27th at 3:00 PM, we will ship your order the same day. Orders placed after this will be shipped on January 5th, when we return from holiday.
Funds will not be debited until shipment.
You simply use our Returns Portal as usual. This will be the cheapest shipping option for you.
If you received a free product with your order, this must also be returned. If it is not returned, we will deduct the value of the item from the refunded amount.
It varies from Flash Sale to Flash Sale. However, these offers usually last no longer than 3-6 days.
We have done everything we can to have as much in stock as possible. However, due to exceptionally high demand during the Flash Sale, we cannot guarantee that all styles will be in stock for the entire period.
